Player Relationship Management (PRM)


March 2002, Irvine, Ca., 4GL Solutions has launched its strategic Player Relationship Management (PRM) suite of services incorporating Wireless Applications and Hardware. This includes implementing a Wireless Gaming Card Registration Application that increases the ability to capture player's information for Player's Card systems processing. This also allows for capturing missed opportunities of registration as well as identifying any VIP Players requiring specialized treatment. Also available is a Wireless Player Recognition application that enhances the activities and services of a Pit Boss to capture the player's card information to track and wirelessly transmit betting performance information to the casino's operational systems. Additionally, a Marker Acquisition application is available, automating and wirelessly transmitting the process of cash advances. These applications include a Business Intelligence backend that can be custom designed or integrated to existing data warehouses to further provide player-profiling analysis. These PRM solutions provide a competitive advantage to analyze, predict, and maximize the value of each player relationship.
